Who I am and what I do
Hello again! I say again because I’m hoping this is the third or fourth time you’ve come to look at my site and the things I do. I know it’s… maybe a tad reductive or pedestrian but hey, the first step in getting good at something is to suck at it for a while. So who knows, maybe in a few years, I’ll be one of the best artists to ever live! And this was my humble beginning! As seen by you!
Anyways:
I’m a multidisciplinary artist dabbling in digital media and sound art, based in Paris, France. I’d like to think I have a keen interest in exploring the intersections of technology, literature, and artistic expression in regards to personal identity, I do my best to create immersive experiences that invite audiences to consider their relationship with my work’s setting and narrative.
My work has yet to be exhibited in any gallery though my work has been seen by my classmates. That said, I’m more recognized for my more written talents than something outwardly multidisciplinary. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University and I’m dedicated to expanding the possibilities of written narratives and their relationship with audio-visual storytelling through her less than stellar media projects.

My Mission & Statement
I don’t mean to sound crude or ignorant but I’ve always found statements like this to be a little tacky or pretentious. That said, I’m giving it my best shot here and if it’s great, great, but if it’s terrible then you’ll at least know I tried my best.
My artistic practice mostly centers around the exploration of written material in regards to other multidisciplinary media like sonic portraits or film as a way to tell stories and connect across cultures. By capturing field recordings, animating short segments, and manipulating audio textures, I then combine them with more traditional literary crafts that can in turn draw in myr audience with their immersive narratives that have multi-layered interpretations.
As someone interested in the ways written literature can be fused with other mediums, I aim to evoke a deeper awareness of the self through my work. Ultimately, I strive to create art that not only communicates but resonates, art that evokes emotion and conversation.
Like I said, a bit pretentious, isn’t it?
"A life enjoyed is a life well lived, and nothing brings more joy than creation."
Pattie Morrow-Syverson, Viktoriya's mother.
